1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and RevBoost Automation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a marketing automation agency located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

By accessing our website, scheduling a consultation, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RevBoost Automation provides done-for-you marketing automation services to home service businesses, including but not limited to:

• Automated lead follow-up via SMS and email

• Appointment booking automation

• Missed call text-back systems

• Automated review generation and reputation management

• CRM setup and pipeline management

• Marketing automation consulting and strategy

The specific services provided to each client are outlined in their individual service agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service offering at any time with reasonable notice.

3. SMS Messaging — Consent and Communications

By providing your phone number and engaging with RevBoost Automation — whether through our website contact form, booking calendar, phone call, or any other means — you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from RevBoost Automation at the phone number provided.

These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Follow-up messages regarding your inquiry or consultation

• Information about our services and how they may benefit your business

• Responses to messages you initiate

Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You understand that consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from RevBoost Automation.

3a. How to Opt Out of SMS Messages

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from RevBoost Automation at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

• Emailing us at: [email protected] , with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out"

• Calling us at: 980-414-8713 and requesting to be removed

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Following that, you will no longer receive promotional or informational SMS messages from RevBoost Automation. Note that opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages related to active service agreements.

3b. SMS for Client Automation Services

Clients who engage RevBoost Automation to build and manage SMS automation systems for their own businesses acknowledge and agree that:

• They are solely responsible for ensuring their end customers have provided proper consent to receive automated text messages

• Their use of any SMS automation system provided by RevBoost Automation must comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA guidelines

• RevBoost Automation is not liable for any violations of messaging laws arising from the client's use of automation systems delivered by RevBoost Automation

• Clients must maintain and honor opt-out requests from their own customers promptly

4. Privacy and Data

RevBoost Automation collects and uses personal information — including name, phone number, email address, and business information — for the purpose of providing our services, communicating with clients and prospects, and improving our offerings.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers (including GoHighLevel, our CRM platform) solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this section. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for RevBoost Automation services are as follows:

• Monthly service fees are due on the first day of each billing cycle

• Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement

• Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice

Specific pricing for your engagement is outlined in your service agreement or proposal provided at time of onboarding.

6. Cancellation Policy

RevBoost Automation operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice.

• Services will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period

• All client data and contacts in your GHL sub-account will remain accessible to you during the notice period

• RevBoost Automation will provide reasonable transition assistance upon request

7. No Guarantee of Results

RevBoost Automation provides marketing automation services designed to improve lead response times, booking rates, and customer communication. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, revenue increases, or business growth outcomes.

Results will vary based on factors including but not limited to: your industry, geographic market, quality of leads, business operations, and the effort you invest in following up on opportunities generated by our systems.

Testimonials and examples shown on our website represent individual results and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RevBoost Automation website — including text, graphics, logos, and automation workflow designs created by RevBoost Automation — is the intellectual property of RevBoost Automation and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Custom automation systems, workflows, and configurations built specifically for a client become the property of the client upon completion of payment for that work, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevBoost Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RevBoost Automation in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

RevBoost Automation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
